Copyright Policy
Authors retain complete ownership of their intellectual property, granting the journal the privilege of first publication. Post-publication, authors maintain unrestricted rights to redistribute, archive, repurpose, or republish their work.
The publisher assumes no liability or legal responsibility for any subsequent utilization of the manuscripts. Furthermore, authors authorize the publisher to assign a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to their articles and to index them within major global academic databases, including ProQuest, DOAJ, and EBSCO.
Open-Access Policy
Operating under a comprehensive Gold Open Access framework, our journals ensure immediate, unrestricted public access to all published articles directly on the publisher’s platform. Readers are legally permitted to view, download, replicate, share, print, index, or deep-link the full texts for any lawful application.
To maintain this barrier-free access, operational expenses are sustained via Article Processing Charges (APCs) covered by authors, their affiliated institutions, or research grant sponsors. All content is distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license.
Submission & Anti-Plagiarism Policy
Submitting a manuscript implies that the work is entirely original and has not been previously published (except as an academic thesis, a lecture summary, or a brief abstract). The work must not be under simultaneous evaluation by any other publication, and its submission must carry the explicit or implicit approval of all co-authors and the host institution where the research was conducted.
However, the journal explicitly permits the submission of manuscripts that have previously been:
- Shared on recognized preprint servers (e.g., arXiv, bioRxiv, Nature Precedings, Philica, SSRN, ViXra).
- Presented at academic conferences.
- Disseminated via non-journal channels (such as institutional blogs or poster sessions).
Upon formal publication, authors are obligated to update any archived preprint versions with the official journal citation, including the active DOI link.
Anti-Plagiarism Directive
The publisher maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance toward plagiarism. Every submission undergoes a mandatory evaluation using iThenticate software prior to peer review, alongside manual verification by expert reviewers. We maintain an equally rigorous stance against self-plagiarism, as duplicating one's own prior work fails to offer a novel contribution to scientific advancement.
Deposit & Archiving Policy
Aligned with the Sherpa/Romeo Green Archiving standards, authors are fully permitted to self-archive any version of their manuscript—including the pre-print, post-print, or final publisher-formatted PDF—without embargoes or operational restrictions.
Advertising Policy
We do not host or publish commercial advertisements for financial gain. The journal reserves the right exclusively to share valuable, non-commercial academic information and announcements free of charge.
Marketing Policy
All promotional and direct marketing strategies, including the solicitation of manuscripts, will remain highly targeted, ethical, and unobtrusive. The publisher guarantees that all shared informational materials regarding the journal's metrics, scope, and operations are entirely truthful, transparent, and non-misleading.
Fee & Waiver Policy
To cover essential open-access publishing costs, authors are assessed an Article Processing Charge (APC), which varies by journal (exact rates are specified on each journal's individual webpage).
To ensure absolute equity, prevent structural confusion, and maintain transparency across our global network of contributors, no fee waivers or discounts will be granted under any circumstances. This non-negotiable policy applies universally, including to editorial board members and contributors to special thematic issues.
Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Financial reimbursements are strictly tied to the specific publication milestone achieved at the time of request:
Granted if the digital (online) version has not yet been published.
Granted if the online version has been formally published, but the physical print version remains unproduced.
No refunds are issued once both the digital and print versions have been successfully published.
Manuscript Withdrawal Penalty
Any author who requests the formal retraction or withdrawal of a manuscript after it has been processed and accepted for publication will be penalized a flat administrative fee of IDR 500,000. Additionally, the processing of a withdrawal requires the submission of an official letter of consent signed by all listed co-authors.
